The training offered by Technical Support is detailed training that focuses on service and troubleshooting of packaged Water-to-Air ClimateMaster Water Source Heat Pumps. All training is organized for Technicians working in the field on commercial units.

Standard training is one and a half days – Please no departures before 2 pm on day two of training.
All training takes place at the ClimateMaster facility in Oklahoma City, OK.

Optimal Class size is 15-20 individuals.

Participants will receive a certification of attendance upon completion of the last day.

(NOTE: A minimum of 8 participants is required for classes to take place. If the minimum is not reached, classes will be cancelled and a notification will be sent after the last day to register.)
