Why does my session expire?For security reasons, your session automatically expires one hour after your last activity in the Business Center. This is to protect your account from unauthorized access.
If you do not set your computer to 'accept' the cookies (small pieces of site information) when logging into the Business Center, or if your browser is not configured to 'accept' cookies, your session will expire. We use cookies to assist us in authenticating our users and saving configuration information about your shopping cart. Cookies are required for our Business Center to identify you on our system.
If you see this message immediately after logging in, you should check the following:
- Check to see that your computer system time is accurate. Cookies are time-sensitive and may not work if your computer's date/time is incorrect.
- Make sure that your browser is configured to accept cookies.
- Turn off any third-party programs that automatically reject cookies.
