Homeowners David and Laura Grisar of Port Washington, Wisc., were building a new home and they didn’t want just any heating and cooling system. They wanted an energy efficient HVAC system that would provide underfloor heating, heat the pool, bring in fresh air, and control humidity in their big game trophy room, all while being sustainable.
