Technical Service Representative
The Technical Service Department provides technical support and product
training to our customers. This position reports directly to the Technical Service Manager.
DUTIES: Ensure customers receive an outstanding level
of service. Provides customers and end users with product and
technical support via telephone and site visits. Identifies customer
needs and develops innovative solutions to satisfy the customer.
REQUIREMENTS: Must have a strong background in
commercial and residential HVAC systems. Minimum of 2 years
commercial/industrial HVAC experience, good understanding of controls,
refrigeration plumbing, and electrical. Excellent verbal and written
communication skills. Must be able to travel. Must be customer
oriented. Excellent communication skills. Ability to deal with people
of all levels, including customers, field staff, and internal staff, in
an effective manner.
