Marketing Communication Manager

ClimateMaster, the world's largest manufacturer of water source heat pumps, has an immediate opening in Oklahoma City for a highly motivated and creative individual with outstanding work ethic in the Marketing Department as the Marketing Communication Manager. This position reports to the Director of Marketing.  

DUTIES:

•  Works closely with Director of Marketing on all projects, including advertising, co-op programs and event planning.
• Manages the coordination of trade shows, marketing events, public relations, meetings and conferences, etc.
• Participates in set-up and teardown of marketing displays and interacts with customers at industry trade shows.
• Assist outside Sales Managers with customer visits and sales leads follow up.
• Give factory tours and product presentations (maintain library of slide show presentations) to customer groups.
• Follow up on ISO customer surveys.
• Participates in other Marketing activities such as customer visits, trade advertisements, literature support, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to work effectively with others in all departments, including Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Customer Service. 
• Creative and detail orientated with an ability to manage several projects at once.
• A background or degree in Marketing, Public Relations or Communications is preferred.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint. 
• Group presentation skills required.
• Travel required (approximately 6-10 out of state trips per year).
